Annabel Reader joined Shelston IP in 1995 and practises primarily in trade marks law.
Annabel specialises in the protection and commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights. Her areas of expertise include providing advice in relation to trade mark clearance searching, prosecution of trade mark applications, opposition and infringement proceedings. Annabel manages a large portfolio of both local and overseas clients.
Prior to entering the world of intellectual property, Annabel spent her early years as a solicitor in general practice and worked for some years in community legal centres.
Annabel has an interest in social justice issues and the environment. She is currently the president of a volunteer bush regeneration group.
