Kathy Mytton joined Shelston IP in 2004 after working for over 10 years in the trade marks group of a well known intellectual property firm. Kathy qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and specialises in trade marks law and practice. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries and deals with Australian and overseas trade mark filings, prosecutions, searches, disputes and enforcement actions.
Kathy enjoys family life and the occasional game of golf.
