Tim has worked in trade marks since 1995, initially as a Trade Marks Examiner with IP Australia for four years and then more recently as a Trade Marks Attorney with two major Australian law firms.
Tim specialises in trade mark law and practice and deals with all aspects of Australian and overseas trade mark filings and prosecutions, filing strategies and trade mark portfolio management. He also advises on the creation, adoption, use and enforcement of trade marks. He has practical experience in design registrations and also advises on labelling requirements, domain name and business name registrations.
Tim enjoys music, sport and reading.
