Sarah Glasson joined Shelston IP in 2006 and practices in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering. She is currently working towards becoming a registered Australian patent attorney.
Sarah’s areas of specialty include mining processes, with a particular focus on hydrometallurgy. Her PhD investigated the reaction kinetics of the solvent extraction of copper, including the development of mathematical models to predict rates of extraction. In addition, Sarah also completed a three month placement at a remote Australian mining facility during her undergraduate studies.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys figure skating and playing netball.
