Emma Morris joined the Trade Marks team of Shelston IP in 2003 as a paralegal, and has since become a registered Australian trade marks attorney.
Emma assists with Australian and overseas trade mark filings and prosecutions, filing strategies and trade mark portfolio management. Emma has experience in customs seizures and gathering evidence to support opposition proceedings.
In her spare time Emma enjoys travelling, music and spending time with friends & family.
