Nathan Sinclair is a Registered Trade Marks Attorney and has been with Shelston IP since 2006.
Nathan specialises in trade mark law and practice and deals with all aspects of Australian and overseas trade mark filings and prosecutions, filing strategies and trade mark portfolio management. He also advises on the creation, adoption, use and enforcement of trade marks. He has practical experience in design registrations and also advises on labeling requirements, domain name and business name registrations.
Nathan has acquired considerable experience in the intellectual property field, having previously worked as a trade marks examiner in IP Australia for several years before joining the firm.
Nathan’s other interests include most sports, particularly Australian Rules football and cricket, music, playing the guitar and foreign travel.
